Barca solution for deffending teams tie in Maradona hands…
last night we saw whta we have expectyed: a full deffensive greece. boring for football fans but effective! in first half, el diego managed the team by diamond system. 4-4-2.
messi was playing behind el prince and kun aguero. we should consider that except messi and veron and de michelis, all of players were the reserve ones. in first half we saw a diamond system.
by accumulating in front of box and using la pulga as a trap, We could consider maradonas talent and intelligence…when all was going for leos ball, full backs were released and were able to cros the balls. But el prince was not in his good form and also was marked closely. Then in second half el diego changed the system and stressed on wings…
he made team system of playing 4-2-2-2 and replace maxi by angel di maria and used two wingers and messi picked up role of play maker…precise passing and great vision showed everyone his ability and declared that he is the best…they used through balls for the wings and after de michelis goal, when Greece needed to score, and they got forward, messis role became more easies and he got forward. He tried some nice shoots and tried for spectacular but upright, goalkeeper and tugh defense denied him from goal scoring.
At the end of the match he was chose as man of the match…maradonas lesson for barca against defensive teams was trapping and using wings…do you think maradona is a genius? and really made the solution for barca tie against full deffensive teams?! share with us your opinions!!
